After breakfast, we pick you and drive to Masai Mara with stopover at the Great Rift Valley. We continue driving on through Longonot and Suswa and on to the Western walls with another stopover at Narok for fuelling. We have lunch before arriving in the Mara in time for evening game drive in the Mara popular for the Big five (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo and Rhinos).The team returns to lodge late in the evening just in time for dinner. A camp fire gathering at the mara Elatia, AA Lodge Mara or oldarpoi wageni camp for dinner and overnight.
A full day is spent at the Masai Mara game reserve. We drive across the plains in search of the big cats (black manned lions, Cheetahs and leopards with picnic lunch served at the Mara River site. Vast herds of wildebeest and zebra wander across the Mara grasslands in huge numbers during this period of the annual migrations take place, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains landscape to feed on the rich new grass from the Serengeti. You also have a chance to see other plain game like the Topi, hartebeest and Eland. Dinner and overnight.
You will have an early morning breakfast and then you pack and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. In this park you will proceed for an extensive game viewing in search of cats in the among the ‘Yellow fever’ acacia trees which are leopards favorite and also we will be in search of Rhino. Nakuru is the home to the White rhinos and has tens of Black rhinos too. Lake Nakuru National park is known for its millions of flamingos and other water birds like the Pelicans and Cormorants. No wonder Americas finest photographer – Roger Tory Petersen described it as the best photographic Paradise in the World for its seasonally large concentrations of greater and lesser flamingos, Lake Nakuru boasts some 600-bird species. It is also a designated rhino sanctuary, as well as home to other rare wildlife species.Arrive in nakuru late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at flamingo Lake Nakuru lodge or ziwa bush camp.
You will have an early breakfast and depart by 7am to straight to the park. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos . The game drive lasts 2 hours, after which you depart on a 2-hour drive to Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, you will go to hell’s gate for biking safari. if you are too tired you will be driven in the park with a car then back to the lodge for Dinner and overnight at kongoni lodge
Pick up from the hotel after breakfast, You will later go for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha for birds watching and hippo viewing then proceeds to crescent island for a walk after you will be driven back to your hotel in Nairobi.
