Our Uganda tour begins with an early morning briefing from the drive/guide and start the journey towards northern Uganda. As you move north the landscape is relatively flat with few hills but the two rain seasons and the very fertile soils supports the growing of coffee and banana plantations with other types of food staff, varieties of fruits etc.
The journey is roughly 233km to kichumbanyobo gate of Murchison falls national game park via Masindi town. Entering the park go through Budongo tropical rain forest which is the biggest Mahogany forest found in the whole of East Africa also habitat a number of chimpanzees and many other types of primates like black and white colobus monkeys, black faced vervet monkeys, olive baboons etc. We have no interest here since we shall see many of primates in kibale national game park.
The main activities of that day shall be visiting the top of Murchison falls and see River Nile waters being compressed through a small gap of only seven metres gorge wide thus making it among the strongest falls in the whole world.
The second activity of that day shall take a boat cruise on River Nile and that will enable us to view the falls from the bottom. Still on the boat cruise, a number of wildlife will be spotted on the banks of the river. Those include Elephants, buffalos, hippos, giant nile crocodiles etc. With that we shall end that day's activities and drive to the booked lodge for overnight stay.

After very early morning breakfast, we shall go for the morning game drive looking for wild games like Elephants, buffalos, hippos, kobs, bush bucks water bucks, juchson heart beasts, giraffes, just to mention but a few and many species of birds.
After the morning game drive, we shall end our tour in Murchison falls national game park and drive through Bugungu gate via Buliisa oil district and through the rift valley to Hoima town towards Kibale national game park to the booked lodge for the overnight stay.

Very early in the morning after breakfast, shall drive to chimpanzees tracking starting point for a briefing from Uganda wildlife association guide. After the briefing, chimpanzees tracking starts and expect to see many other primates like black and white colobus monkeys, black faced vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys, E'hoest's monkeys, grey cheeked mangaby , olive baboons, etc.
After the tracking activity on that day, shall drive to Queen Elizabeth national game park via Kasese town and in the foot hills of mount Rwenzlri

Reaching Queen Elizabeth national game park,we shall go the booked lodge for the overnight stay.

After breakfast, we shall go for morning game drive looking for wild games like Elephants, hippos, buffalos, kobs, bush bucks, water bucks, juckson heart beasts, lions and leopards just to mention but a few and many species of birds.
NOTE: In Queen Elizabeth national game park, i have included a special experiential big cats ( lions and leopards) tracking because, for the normal game drives, its not a guarantee for a tourist to spot lions and leopards but for Experiential tourism, big cats ( lions and leopards) are tracked using tracking devices to find them in their hide outs. After morning game drive, we shall go back to the hotel for lunch and relax. In the afternoon, we shall take a boat cruise along Kazinga channel which will reward the guests with wild games like Elephants, buffalos, hippos, giant nile crocodiles and many species of birds along the banks of the channel. The boat cruise will end that days activities and go back to the booked lodge for the overnight stay.

After breakfast fast, we shall drive, to Lake Bunyonyi the second deepest lake in Africa after Lake Tanganyika through kabale with more hills with step slopes which are intensively cultivated in terraced fields which gives this part of Uganda its distinctive character and often described as the little Switzerland of Africa. Reaching L Bunyonyi, shall take a boat to the booked lodge for the overnight stay.

After breakfast in the morning, shall take a boat to vist the prison island where girls in kikiga culture who got pregnant before marriage were dumped and died of starvation and biting coldness at night. Other activities are bird watching, cultural villages and terraced bills then back to the hotel for lunch. After lunch shall take the boat back to the mainland and drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest national game park to the booked lodge for the overnight stay.

Very early in the morning after breakfast shall drive to Gorilla tracking starting point for a briefing from Uganda wildlife association guide. Once at Bwindi impenetrable forest national park, the full day excursion can be a tough scramble through the dense rainforest but coming face to face with the gentle giants, makes it more worthwhile. After the gorilla tracking activity on that day, shall drive back to the booked lodge for the overnight stay.

After morning breakfast, we shall drive back to kampala/ Entebbe and that will make our safari comes to a close.

Our Uganda safari comes to a close today with a drive back to Entebbe. A day room is provided on arrival, to relax and refresh for those preparing to depart. We share a farewell meal before transferring to the airport for departing flights.
